§ [X]. Coach Transfers

The organizer provides the option to purchase coach transfer tickets from the cities: Warsaw, Kraków, and Katowice to the Law of the Desert event site and back. Transfers are available in two formats:

  • Desert Day Trip – morning departure on Saturday (5 July) and return the same evening.
  • Desert Weekend – morning departure on Saturday and return on Sunday evening (6 July).

Tickets include:

  • round-trip transport,
  • reserved seat,
  • welcome materials Desert Mode Intro (ambient playlist, event map, Desert Mode practices description).

Tickets can only be purchased online via the eBilet platform.

Departure locations and times – Saturday 5 July:

  • Warsaw: 07:30 – Plac Defilad, in front of the main entrance to the Palace of Culture and Science
  • Kraków: 10:00 – MDA Bus Station, ul. Bosacka 18
  • Katowice: 10:00 – Bus Station, ul. Piotra Skargi 3

Return times:

  • Desert Day Trip (5 July): Departure from the desert at 21:30
  • Desert Weekend (6 July): Departure from the desert at 19:00

Participants must arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
The organizer is not responsible for any delays in arrival to the meeting point – in such cases, the coach ticket is non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation by the organizer (e.g., due to low registration numbers), a full refund will be issued.
The organizer reserves the right to adjust departure times due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, road conditions). In such cases, participants will be notified no later than 24 hours before the scheduled trip.

All coaches are operated by licensed carriers. Participants must follow safety guidelines and instructions from the driver and the organizer.


Local shuttle timetable:

Olkusz to Desert:
Two main departures from Olkusz Bus Station to Błędów Desert, at 11:00. Timings are coordinated with train arrivals and the festival start at 12:00.

Desert to Olkusz:
Return on Sunday at a time announced during the festival. A reserve shuttle will be available onsite to take participants back to Olkusz at scheduled times announced at the festival.

Free parking:
Departure from the parking lot at the Sports Hall in Klucze to the Desert at 10:30. Return on Saturday at 22:00 or Sunday at a time announced at the info point during the festival.


All roads lead to the Błędów Desert – by coach, car, local shuttle, or train to Olkusz, where shuttles will take you directly to the desert on 5 and 6 July.

There is parking near the Błędów Desert, but space is limited (200 spots).

Due to limited parking availability near the desert, we have designated additional free parking areas within 7 km. For those using the additional parking, a shuttle bus will be provided to transport you to the festival site.


You can spend the night on the desert (5–6 July) or continue on to Kraków (45 km) or Katowice (40 km).

By purchasing a one-day or two-day ticket, you gain access to all events happening during the festival.
Join us for one magical day or a full two-day journey filled with artist talks, guest panels, the open-air art exhibition on the Błędów Desert, guided tours, workshops, and breathtaking desert concerts.

Festival opens on 5 July at 12:00 – Saturday ends with a sunset concert on the desert.

You can additionally purchase a camping ticket, book a glamping spot, or choose local accommodation.
